Catherine Capozzi, director of Boston’s popular, multi-media stage production Bring Us Your Women, has been conducting a kickstarter campaign to fund another presentation of her show. Bring Us Your Women features actresses, dancers, singers, musicians, film, and other multi media effects to tell the interconnected stories of some of history’s great females.
This kickstarter campaign will also help Capozzi‘s efforts to turn her next production into a DVD and a CD so fans of the show can keep it forever in their collections.. Capozzi just sent the following information to BillCopelandMusicNews.com:
We have 51 HOURS left to reach our goal on Kickstarter so we can actually shoot it (for the DVD) and record the music (for the CD). We’re doing really well at 75% funded, but still have about $3.5K left to go. Any help you can provide, $5, $10, spreading the word…it all makes a big difference.
