Dear Friends,
Project Arts of Plymouth, Inc. is alive and well, and planning a vibrant season of FREE waterfront concerts for the 2013 season, featuring International, National, Regional and Soon to be famous Local Acts. We have Ten Concerts and Two Festivals Planned Between June 26 and Labor Day.
But, we still need need your help if we are to be successful.
We are asking those who haven’t joined our team to consider Donations of Any Amount, Sponsorship’s, Donation of Goods, Services, Raffle Items, Gift Certificates, Sports Tickets or Memorabilia, Having Your Own Fundraiser to Benefit Project Arts or Whatever You Can Do To Help.
As an IRS 501-C-3 Non-Profit Corporation, Your Donation Can Be Deducted to the Fullest Extent That The Tax Code Allows.
We are a 100% Volunteer Organization. ALL Proceeds are Spent Directly On The Events.
During the past 17 years, Project Arts of Plymouth, Inc. has organized and presented hundreds of concerts to delight and entertain residents of Plymouth, neighboring towns and visitors to our historic community. Our Audiences Number in the Thousands, So this is a great marketing opportunity.
We’ve done it with grants, sponsorship’s, individual and business donations. And we thank you for your support.
In the current economic climate, I know you are fielding many requests for funds.
Please consider making a donation to Project Arts’ 2013 Concert Series.
We are a completely volunteer, 501 – C 3 organization, which means your gift is fully tax deductible.
The purpose of this year end appeal, is to give you the opportunity to take advantage of the tax write off for your 2012 taxes AND obviously to help bolster our bottom line so that we can begin planning the 2013 roster of artists.
This season promises to be one of our most exciting. We have several new members on our Board of Directors, with a multitude of skills. We will produce at least ten concerts and two festivals for thousands of regional attendees and many national and international tourists. As we finalize the details, you’ll be hearing and reading about the programs. I think you’ll feel the same anticipation that we do.
